Come support Class 34 and learn about their practicum projects. Attendance at the Practicum Project Presentation is no cost and open to the public. The Reception is no cost for Dues Paying Alumni of LNV, Class 33, and Class 34 members. Guests, General Alumni and community members are $25.  Thanks to the generosity of Jill Techel, all proceeds will be directed to the Leadership Napa Valley Scholarship Fund. 

Alumni should log into their LNV Account to register for the event. If you are interested in an Alumni Membership, please complete your Alumni Membership Application before registering for the event.  Please contact molly.rattigan@gmail.com for assistance.

2022 Practicum Projects 


"More Food, Less Gas"

Developed a public awareness campaign for Feeding It Forward to reduce food insecurity in the Napa Valley by promoting new donors, recipients, and volunteer drivers. 


"AllYouthNapa.com"

Created an all encompassing database for Napa County youth aged 0-24 who are looking for activities or services. The easy-to-use database will be searchable by age, city, type, and price. 


"Mosaic Momentum"

Reinvigorated and identified a potential forever home for the stalled Napa Quake Mosaic commemorative art project, which celebrates resiliency and community in the face of catastrophe. 


"Candidates and Beavers"

Project 1: Organized, hosted, and publicized two candidate forums for Supervisor candidates in District 1 & 3 to be podcasted at kvon.com. 

Project 2: Designed and installed interpretive signs on the Napa Creek to highlight wildlife residing there while enlisting cooperation from Napa Flood Control and Napa Resource Conservation District. 


"If I Need Help"

Promoted awareness and utilization of "If I Need Help" special needs safety protocols and emergency registry to assist individuals who require help communicating during an emergency.
