Jennifer’s public sector career spanned 30 years, with a specialty in economic development and redevelopment for the Sacramento Housing & Redevelopment Agency (1987-1997) and the City of Napa (1997-2017). She managed the Napa Community Redevelopment Agency, which played a pivotal role in funding infrastructure improvements and affordable housing and facilitating private investments in the downtown area. Jennifer retired from public service in 2017. She formed a private consulting practice with a focus on economic development and community and government relations. Her clients have included nonprofit organizations, private businesses and public agencies. Jennifer is currently the Executive Director of Our Town St. Helena, an affordable housing organization. Join us to hear Jennifer's leadership journey and how she has seen the Napa Valley change since 1997. Event Registration is required.
