$150- General Public

Workshop Summary:

Influence is an essential component of leadership. A person’s position in an organization and the power it gives them is not always enough to motivate or inspire action. Even more critical is their ability to influence people by getting to the point, quickly.

The “Get to the Point” program accelerates a person’s ability to present complex information in a simple, clear and understandable way to manage and influence other’s expectations. If you are a person who rambles, talks in circles, shares too much information instead of just answering the question, if you struggle with being concise, succinct and clear about what you want and why, this workshop is made for you.

During the workshop you will learn and practice how to:

  • Apply the 45 Second Fast Track methodology for consolidating information.
  • Practice projecting confidence and competence when speaking to different stakeholders
  • Learn when and how to contract and expand information
  • Maintain credibility when you don’t have the answer
  • Understand the impact of content overload
  • Redirect and recover when rambling
  • Engage in live practice with direct feedback
