Leadership Napa Valley Announces 2026–2027 Board of Directors
Leadership Napa Valley (LNV), a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening Napa Valley through leadership development, is proud to announce its 2026–2027 Board of Directors, including a new executive committee and several new board members who will help guide the organization's mission in the year ahead.
The 2026–2027 Executive Committee includes:
· Holly Dawson, Deputy CEO – Chief Communications Officer, Napa County (Class 17) – President
· Susan Larson-Bouwer, Owner, LB & Co. (Class 34) – Vice President
· Tony Valadez, Compliance Programs Manager, City of Napa (Class 36) – Secretary
· Antonio Onorato, Director of Administration, Finance, and Policy, Napa Valley Transportation Authority (Class 32) – Treasurer
LNV also welcomes the following new board members:
· Lara Abbott, Wine Public Relations (Class 36)
· Dalton Goo, Self-Employed Realtor (Class 37)
· Michele Grupe, Manager of First 5 Commissions, Partnership HealthPlan of CA (Class 37)
· Katie Horne, Principal Business Partner, Chime (Class 37)
· Scott Owens, Executive Assistant to the President & CEO, California Health Care Foundation (Class 31)
· Anne Retterer, VP, AI Product Management, IKS Health (Class 37)
Returning board members continuing their service include:

The program culminates in team-based practicum projects that address local needs while strengthening participants' ability to lead through service. More than 1,000 individuals have graduated from Leadership Napa Valley, creating a network of alumni committed to improving the quality of life throughout Napa Valley.
Under the leadership of Program Director Mary Rezek (Class 33), Leadership Napa Valley continues to evolve while remaining true to its mission of cultivating informed, connected, and engaged community leaders.
